2002 Protege ES Foglight Replacement ???

I purchased some nice PIAA Xtreme White H3' bulbs to replace my stock foglights. I tried for hours to replace the bulb but No Luck. Any help in whats the best way to change the Fog light bulb would be cool

They are a bitch to get out, you actually have to get the housing out to change the bulb. The first time i changed my bulbs, i did it when my bumper was off so it was easier to get to everything :)

Thanks for the link....looks like the best way is to remove the front bumper. Well i guess that will be my weekend project
