wow Mazda patented EVERYTHING!! Also, I love the fact that it's a 2004 Model, not 03.

143 HP and 180Lb-ft? I knew I should've waited to get an '04! (Sarcasm alert!) Did you notice how in the review, the numbers are right (130/135). Way to write review, guys!

I just emailed them and told them that that car does not exist. And perhaps they meant to say the half year 2003.5

Where's my 180 trq?!
Must be the humidity in Houston messing with the air/fuel mixture. (evil)

Hmmm, good question. 180 lbs-ft sure would be nice, though.........from the factory.

The 2004 Mazda Protege5 transmission comes in a variety of flavors, the standard of which is a slick-shifting 5-speed manual. If you want even more power, the available new Sport AT automatic with overdrive has two modes — full automatic, or a “manual” mode that lets you shift up or down through the gears sequentially.(boom01) (hand)

I've been to this website before and I thought that somehow I didnt hear that the P5 was gonna be still made in 2004. Then I realized that this is one of those sites that they dont care about their information and just care about advertising.
