a used Xbox is only $129...and new gamecubes are $99...a used GCN is $79. Still a difference in price, but not exactly what you were trying to get.

FWIW, good choice. The GCN is my favorite!

used game cubes can be had for around $50-$60 and used xbox's can be had for $130-$150. I mean these arent set prices but averages. if u search real hard u can get really good deals.

Bump because Panzer Dragoon is one of the best reasons to buy an Xbox besides Halo.

If you like Panzer Dragoon - hit up ebay and find Panzer Dragoon Saga for Sega Saturn. I gave my cousins stepson my Saturn and all it's games as a gift. Panzer Dragoon Saga regularly sells on ebay for $100 now.

Oh, and I've had an X-box, wasn't impressed. Even with the mod chip - still not impressed. The games just aren't there. Halo however is great, but it's better on the pc. I still have my ps2 and Gamecube. Working 7 days a week I don't spend much time gaming anymore, but I still get in a few rounds of Super Smash Bros. Melee and Madden on GC; and DDRMAX2 and SOCOM on PS2.

Consoles are kewl, but computers rule.
