this is my old car, just sold it a few months back..as you can see i put alot of time into the car, i love that thing and i have now have a protege5, but i still miss the old one alot, lucky for me a kid here bought it and i get to see it all the time, still the same for the most part.. this car looked alot different than most the protege that you see so i thought id share it the guys that know the car... enjoy

the lights i took apart and added smaller fog lights to it..the inside has sparco seats, belts, and steering wheel...

and here at flyin miata, my mom lives CO. about an hour or so from them, so i go by ther now and then, their cool people!!

I had a Ford Probe that I fixed up real nice, it was mint. I sold it to a 17 year old down the street and he totalled it within a month of buying it.

i it turned 170,000 and i dive from ky to co like three times a year, so i bought a P5, then found out insurance was to high for me to keep the two, so i need to sell it, i found an local auto-xer that was looking for a fast car, and if hes sells it, i get first crack at it..its got a good home and i still get to drive it now and then..its a cool car, had its own flavor, id go to pikes peak for the hillclimb/rally and people ther would flip out, they loved it...

yah man 1st is hype!
I love what you did to ur car... but i still like the stock steering wheel better. And the metal passenger mat.... I dun like it. But everyone has their taste!
Mine still runs almost 190,000 km... lol. Too poor to put ANY mods or a new car.

If the body rust want that bad, I'd throw some money into the car (well all that i have which is like 2 bills cdn, lol). but yah... life sucks! hope its better for u guys

well the passenger side metal plate, isnt a mat..hard to tell in the pic..its a co-drivers foot rest, used in rally... gives it more a rally feel in the car and is comfortable for your feet..its out as far as the drivers dead pedel but has a little more angle to it, you have to have the passenger seat all the way back. but its fun and different(ps the smaller steering wheel helps in autocross, the seats where the biggest help of all..much more conected to the car and can read what its doing faster and better, plus your body will NOT go anywhere in those things... lol
