Da hesitation disappeared! It used to hesitate at 4000rpms. Now it doesn't. Can anyone tell me how it went away? Also my gas mileage is wonderful. I went 290 miles on one tank. Whats going on with my MSP even though its a good thing?

how long has this been going on? Did you kill or reset your battery. BTW 290 is OK. Is your speed modded? What are your driving habits? I'm pushing 8psi, and I drive about 20 miles a day. spirited about 30-40% of the time and I'll avg.280-320

290 is not good on a tank.
Best I've gotten was 380, with a little under a gallon left...I usually average 310-360.
That's cool that your hesitation disappeared though, I wish mine would

It went away 'for now.' It will be back.

Yeah.. The hesitation's kinda like a bad exgirlfriend... Just when you think they're gone, they come back full force and try to get ya back down again.
...Not that I have anything like that going on or anything....

O'man! 310-340 per tank. I thought mines was good. Guess not. So the hesitation will come back so what's the point of flashing the ecu if it will just come back. The only thing i did with the battery was i used it the jump my talon, I think thats wow the hesitation went away.

Hesitation is just "covered" up now by the advanced timing. The condition still exists but they rigged it so it's less obvious.

threadjack- t3ase, I noticed in another thread you swapped back to an unflashed ecu. Could you feel the difference immediatly? Also did you find another member to swap with? Been thinking about doing it lately. Thanks

I don't see how anyone can get over 310 per tank. You must drive like a grandma or something. The best I got was averaging 30mpg (all freeway) on my way home from Las Vegas. Then again, I was doing 90-95mph most of the time.

I swapped back to how high of boost I'm going to start running again soon once it warms up a bit more. No other reason.
Sadly, I haven't driven the car since I swapped it. It's been disabled for a week or two due to a transmission issue.
