MSP alarm question

Anyone elses shock sensor zip tied to a wire loom instead of the steering column?
Could this be why my alarm goes off at just random times?

They're all just thrown in there. That may be why. I moved mine to the solid bar that grows across the cabin and ziptied it to that for now.

I just got a Clifford Matrix, and the shop was amazed by how crappy the stock alarm was installed.
