Mazda MIL Eliminator

hey guys, i plan on gettin the corksport exhaust real soon and i have a question regarding the MIL eliminator... how well does it work? as soon as i hook it up will the CEL disappear and never return? or is there a process to it?

The MIL eliminator came with my Apex down pipe. Never had a cel light come on.
