the new bussing fixed my "clunking" i did it about 3 months ago. as fro the sqeecks, i have to agree with the other guys. It warm you wont here them, when it gets cold they will come back.

Never did take it to the dealer, they are too stupid around here. My car squeaks and bumps around, but I figure once the warranty is up I'm gonna mod the hell out of it anyway, so I'll just fix it myself in a couple years. :)

Once again, it's replacing the links that solves the problem for me, not the bushing. The noise got worse after the bushings were changed, but no more after the links are replaced.

Also, PhyschoMP3 is correct - it you go over bumps too fast, you will still hear some squeaking noise. The mechanic said many after-market parts do that (happens often on his heavily mod mustang) because they often go to market before it is fully perfected.

Sorry but none of you have the actual fix yet. I had mine in yesterday to get some work done as you may know. But, I also had to get my bushings done again. This is the 5th time. How fast your clunk comes back seems to be determine on two things. 1 Your climate, wet and cold weather makes the clunk comes back faster. 2. If your driving on smooth roads ( freeways highways etc) most of the time, your bushings don't get worked so hard, and will last longer. Same goes if you drive the car hard or not.

I got the manger of my dealer to call Mazda of Canada. There is a new fix. It's bushings. But, none of the dealers have recieved the service bulletin yet because, nobody has the bushings yet. We're close, and it sounds promising.....but we still got to wait some.

Meantime, stay away from bumps as much as possible.

As for the squeak problem, I asked my dealership to put on some white grease yesterday. It's not squealing today, but it is warmer out here then usual as well.
