Took my car into Billco Mazda the other day and got the clunk eliminated plus they flashed me. To make a long story shorter, when I bought my car from the dealership in Bedford,OH the owner told me that all their MSP's were flashed accordingly. Well, he lyed to me. I figured this the whole time I had the car but now I know. I asked them to send me the paperwork in the mail for the flash and the sales rep I delt with said that it would be sent. Never got it. Called back and the service guy said there was no records of anything on my car being done. Caught themselves in a lie when I started talking to several differant people at the dealership. All along I noticed the severe hesitation and the jerk at high MPH if you feathered the gas a little. Now that the flash of the PCM was done I have none of these probs anymore. I mean I really feathered it to see if it would jerk and no jurk. Still got the jerk in first but thats another story. No, hesitation at all and I can def. feel that there is a power increase.

So in a nut shell, I would not reccomend going to Bedford Mazda of Ohio for a car and I def. recomend going to Billco Mazda of PA. Billco set the appointment, had me come in, had a loner waiting for me, and then called me back the very next morning and had my car done. Good service all the way around. That's more than what I can say for Bedford Mazda. Sorry Spicyzoomzoom.

If someone pays for the flash, then they deserve to, since theyre an idiot.

LOL yeah...but I bet there's some dealerships that have tried to charge...and some people that have paid it.

I just made an appt for this to be done. They knew exactly what I was talking about, but not about the flash. He said he would have to ask a tech guy. I barely heard the clunk but I figured I should get both things done anyhow.
