Does anyone know of a company that makes one? I don't want to change back and forth to pass smog. I also live in Calif.

theres a comany that starts with an e ( i forgot the name) they make a equal length manifold instead of a header and it retains the stock cats.

I'm sure there is a header that retains a cat. But maybe I'm wrong, I'm gonna check

there might be a header that retains the cat but it won't make very much power

http://www.essentialspeed.com/shop/detail.asp?product_id=EsP5eq&&cat=&category=&cat1=7&cat2= this should fit your car. Hell, e-mail them and talk to Kevin or Karen, I'm sure if it doesn't fit, they could help you get one that does, and retains the cat. They make good stuff too, never heard one complaint. My dealer actually installs their stuff on the cars for people, that means it's pretty reputable stuff, I'm buying from them in the spring-fall.

I believe the Wagner header does as well... I'm not sure of that but you should be able to find it in a search or talk to Andy...

Unfortunately, the ES header is a primary example of it NEEDS to be:

that looks ugly. plus you can always add a carb legal cat inline after the header...only thing is you gotta get an extension wire set for your second o2 sensor or use mil eliminator thing.
