How do i contact MAZDA USA???

I need to talk to them about my peeling shift knob/steering wheel since my dealer told me that the warranty does not cover these wear-and-tear items..(b.s.!!)..so i wanted to talk to Mazda to make sure and do "something" so i can get them replaced..
o yea..what should "something" be?? --;; thx guys
