Production Numbers???

Does anyone know how many MSP's they are making for the 2003 and 2003.5?

This car is discontinued for 2004 right.

Does 2000 units sound right?

they are only 2003 2003.5 and 2003.7

as far as numbers, I'm guessing 2500-3000. I'm pretty sure im wrong... someone more knowledgable will reply prolly.

EDIT: however, i am positive there are MORE than 2000

There are 2000 03MSP. 1750 in the US 250 in Canada. I think its 2750 for 03.5MSP total.

Techinically there are no 03.7 they are part of 03.5.

03MSP (Black and Orange) = 2000
03.5MSP (Titanium, Blue, Silver, and Yellow) = 2750

Total Production = 4750

im still a lil upset they made 2003.5's and didnt leave it at 2003.

our resale value wud've been higher, cuz then they wudnt have had soo many msps to sell and thus wudnt have had insane rebates... imho.. :T

when i called and got my producation number she told me mine was #526 of 1000, but that 1000 might be how many blues they made.

According to the Mazdaspeed parts catalog which I got from parts at the dealer. The list says there are 2000- 2003's and 3000-2003.5s.
2000 black and orange
2500 yellow and titanium, Canada got 500.
1000 silver and blue.

I think what happened there was that they cut off the last 250 cars for 03.5. Another way to kind of confirm this is look at the production #s thread. Nothing goes past 2750.
