Crunching noise with people in back seat

I noticed for the second time today that when I have two people in the back seat and I accelerate moderately from a stop I get a crunching / grinding noise from the back of the vehicle. This is especially bad if I am coming out of a parking lot and going over that bump onto a major road. There are no scratches on the bottom of the exhaust tip but I have not gotten under the car to check other things for damage.

It sounds like its the exhaust hitting the suspension but I cant tell for sure. Anyone else notice this?

BTW: these guys prob weighed 170-190 each

when you accelerate your front end rises, rear drops...

i have this problem, its my tire rubbing against the rear fender, why would it do this?......ooooo ya BECAUSE SOME ASSS HIT AND RUN MY CAR AND DENTED MY FENDER INTO THE WHEEL WELL.

no. the clunk is more like a boof than a clunk.

I have the same noise when weight is shifted from thr front to back i.e. stopping or strating from a stop. drives me ape shit
