Yes, you must bleed the system after opening it up, just as you do any hydraulic system.

As far as difference to the clutch feel, I don't know.

yes it may make a difference, but is is a better idea to do all stainless steel braid brake lines as well. When you replace your clutch line it will just make more give in your brake lines since all those lines use the same fliud and resovior.

If you stiffen up the clutch line thats good, but the extra pressure will be put somewhere else ie your brake lines.

I say go for it anyways.

brakes feel fine. I'm tying to fix the vauge clutch feel and the rubbery notchy shifter with some bushings, amsoil2000 oil and the clutch lines.

You got it wrong, dude. When you puch your clutch pedal down, it does NOT effect your brakes. As soon as the clutch pedal is depressed, it is sealed off from the resevoir and the braking circuit. Same thing when you press you brake pedal. If they were connected, every time you press the clutch the car would slow down.

ok your right. i was wrong. But i have heard that just upgrading clutch line is not as beneficial as doing brakes and the clutch line.
