Yeah the RPMS drop down quite a bit after the first time the valve opens.

Any open vent BOV may stall the engine if you're not careful.

Yea it as idles like shit if it goes off under idle. Also I haven't adjusted the spring tension on it. And as for EBC's go I recommend the Profec B Spec 2.

Jason - crap I forgot! Was puttin that and the Profec B on my friends car. Yea you should see it later today or Friday when he comes back out to Plano. I will call you about this setup if you are wanting one. That MSP should also have a downpipe coming. Got a place we can meet now, but its pretty far by Northeast Mall but we can get a deal on food. Did you get your gauges in?

Why are you always making comments like this??? I never said anything negative about your setup except that I thought you would get the surge if you removed your stock airbox. I'm glad for you that it still works, but quit talking shit about my solution.

At least I don't have to deal with a shaking or stalling car every time I vent:

Friday's good for me, I'm taking off work and can meet you guys anytime. Still haven't put the gauges in yet, I know I'm a lazy ass. I'm gonna send you a PM about this set up and some other stuff I'd like to have purchased/installed.

I heard this in person last night, and it really does sound nice. Very loud. Julio let it off about 7-10 times under idle and it never stalled. Came close, but always bounced back.

Don't take it so personal. I think we are all just trying to find a good solution to problem with the car and you both have done something good for the MSP community by both working on a solution and posting about it. Thanks to both of you for great ideas!
