Radio, INterior LIghts, and Alram Dont work

Are all of these on the same fuse? Which one should i replace. Any thoughts?

I had my radio out becuase there was a noise coming through the speakers. I have a 4 ch and i checked all the grounds and i was checking to see if something was touching metal behind the radio. But i couldnt determine what it was, Its the noise that is a whirring sound that comes through the speakers and gets louder as you increase rpms. Usually indicates a bad ground. So one of the wires touched the side of the headunit and shorted it out, my lights and my keyless. Help on both issues would be great!

i get that whirlin sound also, figured the whole car is a bad ground anyway.....is it the stero?
