View Full Version : Shock sensor too sensative.......

any ideas if it can be adjusted? If the wind blows, rains hard or someone gives my MSP a backwards glare my alarm goes off. I want to turn the sensativety down a notch. :mad:

haha, i remember reading about this somewhere else too

i think they said there is some knob underneath the dash that you turn to adjust the sensitivity....a search may give you some more details

My 03.5 won't start in the mornings due to the alarm. i have to push the damn reset button to crank it everytime. due you think thats due to the sensor is it some other problem with the alarm.

I'd take it to the dealer to have them check it out, its under warranty afterall. Sounds like the alarm is suspect.

I still haven't had time to adjust mine. I took a peek under the dash and didn't see it right off but it was cold out and I didn't feel like freezing. :p

its a little blackbox with a white knob...

look around a little... it is a black box with a white knob on it.
