new BOV idea

has anyone tried installing one of these into the factory plastic IC plumbing? looks to me like this BOV flange would slip right into our plastic tubing and could be sealed up with some clamps and/or silicone couplers???

im planning on doing this up until i get some hard pipes... anyone have any reasons or ideas why this wouldnt work?

I heard the plastic pipes won't really hold up. Personally, I'd rather do it right then n***** rig it.

That would be jerry riggin , I would love to give it a shot but I ain't payin for half ass ! I want it to work the first time. Plus I'm not in to paying $250+ for a BOV . You can get a racing BPV for $149
