Hey all just got some money from selling some old car parts and christmas. Now im buying the turbo back exhaust from ionperformance. Just wondering if i could get some feedback on people that have delt with ionperformance or who have the exhaust. What kind of power gains did you get could you feel them? Also what does the turbo back exhaust do eliminate all cats, plus does it give a CEL. Lastly does the exhaust come with a Eliminator or am I going to have to buy one? Thanks all have a Merry Christmas and a great holiday.

JD32883 - Our street spec turbo-back eliminates the 2 stock cats and replaces it with a 3" hi-flow cat. There is no need to run a CEL fix with our system as the light isn't triggered.
You can optionally purchase the race-pipe which eliminates even the hi-flow cat. This is for track use only.

what is the point of paying more for a "race pipe"...wouldnt it be cheaper to just give the customer the pipe that is simply straight through (and give better gains), why not make it an option instead of making them shell out even more for an already expensive system?

[syko.xero] - yes that is an option to purchase the system without the hi-flow cat. However, our street spec system comes standard with a cat to pass federal emission laws. That's the reason why we offer it as an option and not the "standard".

i was just wondering if it was of less cost to the producer to just offer the race pipe as a free option (since it is just a straight pipe) if someone wanted that over the high flow car
