4psi, very smart

If I had settled for low boost like that instead of 8/9psi, I'd probably still be turbocharged.

I can't wait for my Merkur

We have the same Wastegate. I opted for the yellow spring. 4 Psi but I put a boost controller on it. You should have no problems with 8 PSI as long as your fuel is able to keep up. I see that you have done a new fuel pressure regulator. Did you do the pump/injectors too??

How do you like the open wastegate. Loud isn't it?

Where I live there is one narrow street with three story buildings on each side. I like hammering the gas at 12pm in second gear with the windows open. It's so fucking loud in the car. People start looking out windows and the best thing is that once the gate closes everything goes bone stock quiet!!:p

later...Brian.

P.S. Sweet

yeah its fucking loud running open WG, as of now i havent been able to get a replacement MF2 so not running extra injector, i am still doing some research on some good injector controllers. i am thinking about the mpi piggy, i think they said it will control extra injectors...yeah i changed the pump when i installed the kit, its a walbro. i am also thinking about getting an inline one..

BTW: Get an IC before boostin up higher. I just don't want you to come back in a couple of days sayin' "They killed Kenny, You Bastard!!"

and duct tape.

The car looks good. If your not going to raise the boost, just get coilovers.

Have a look at the SDS-EIC-2.

Simple Digital Solutions... On The Web...

It looks like something out of the 80's but it works really well. It reacts very quickly and does the trick. It fits perfectly in the recess in front of the shifter.

Nice ride Domino.(thumb) I need a new battery, and want your opinion of the Optima battery you have.

PS...the stock headlights on the MP3 are better at lumination.

Consumer Reports did a battery comparo.

The best cold start batteries they list are the SEARS batteries, since I live in the snow belt that makes a big diference to me.

Where did u get the wheel paint from? what did u need to do to pre-treat them? how many cans?

maurice one of these days, you just wait.
bryan: i looked at digital solutions, looks like a pretty good controller, but man i loved my mf2. guess imma decide eventually.
Jflo: its a k26 with upgraded blitz wheel
Ryan: eh i am an honest dude, i just hope i dont get a rash :o
Linux: well the battery works, oh yeah i got it for 75 brand new so could not pass it up. looks nice and matches the wires. OOHH!
but really it workss, although here in texas it doesnt get that cold, dont think we really need a battery that works at -15. i plan on getting it on my next car. i also noticed that the lights donot dim when i turn on the radio. a good thing, i hope. oh yeah i plan on painting the mp3 lights black, although they are already a grey/gray color.
gjmoreo: i got them at autozone and pepboys. guess you could try advance auto or any other automotive store, make sure you get a can of clear coat too. as for treatment, get a good wheel cleaner. i used some meguires stuff and palmolive. make sure the wheel is squeaky clean. if you have any scratched, get some 400-600 grit to removed em. if you really want them to look nice, apply light coats. make sure you give your fingers a rest, because it will start getting numb after 2 wheels. wait till the paint is dry, about 20 mins, and apply the clearcoat. you will only need about 2 light coats. damn almost forgot, i laid some index cards around the tire to protect them from the paint and clearcoat. you can also used tape.
