I dont think you can... When they signed the paperwork for you and financed that car, the car became a used car... you can't just return it...

Shoulda thought about it before you bought the car.

Taken from la-legal.com

Cooling off period.

Many consumers have the mistaken notion that there is a period of time in which they can change their minds after a sale. Nope. Once you buy a car, it's yours.

Tough shit (freak)

BTW, next time turn the caps lock off.

Just because you bought a used car:

Before you purchase from a dealer, ask about the dealers return policy, get it in writing and read it carefully. Dealers are not required by law to give used car buyers a three-day right to cancel. The right to return the car in a few days for a refund exists only if the dealer grants this privilege to buyers. Dealers may describe the right to cancel as a "cooling-off" period, a money-back guarantee, or a "no questions asked" return policy.

Don't know what the laws are in your state, but here in Maryland on the contract at the bottom it cleary states "THERE IS NO COOLING DOWN PERIOD." That means once you drive off the lot and have signed the paperwork, you are pretty much out of luck.

Ca is a No cooling off period state too and I am a salesman, it can only be taken back due to lack of financing, dealer discresion (never), or a fraudulent sale (overpricing doesnt count:D ) good luck
