Here are the pics of my Sabelt 3-point harness. I believe I have it listed incorrectly in my sig as a four point because there are four straps that come together to one point but it only attaches to the car at 3 points so it is a 3 point harness. Pictures are worth a thousand words so here you go:

View of the lap belt and where the shoulder straps connect to it. (http://www.distantecho.net/sabelt/sabelt02.JPG)

Where the shoulder straps route through the headrest bars (http://www.distantecho.net/sabelt/sabelt03.JPG)

The eye bolt installed on drivers right side. A tight squeeze between the seat and the center console. That bolt takes the place of the one that holds the regular seat belt receiver to the seat. (http://www.distantecho.net/sabelt/sabelt04.JPG)

eyelet bolt on the driver's left replaces the anchor bolt for the normal shoulder strap. (http://www.distantecho.net/sabelt/sabelt05.JPG)

close-up of the pic above. you can see how the belt latches to the eye bolt. (http://www.distantecho.net/sabelt/sabelt06.JPG)

OK, I must really like this view... same as above, but a little clearer. (http://www.distantecho.net/sabelt/sabelt07.JPG)

Here's where the top of the shoulder straps hook to the rear strap. (http://www.distantecho.net/sabelt/sabelt08.JPG)

where the rear strap comes up through the "seat belt hole" in the rear seat. There is an anchor bolt under there where the normal seat belt receiver is connected to the chassis. That is where the rear strap of the harness is connected. (http://www.distantecho.net/sabelt/sabelt09.JPG)

Another "full frontal" shot of the belt installed. (http://www.distantecho.net/sabelt/sabelt10.JPG)

Another full shot more focused on the top (http://www.distantecho.net/sabelt/sabelt11.JPG)

Another shot of the back (http://www.distantecho.net/sabelt/sabelt12.JPG)

Obviously somebody got a new digital camera and is dying for excuses to use it!

Excellent. Thank you...I have been trying to figure out how to do a four (or five) point belt without putting in a roll bar/cage. It's not that I would mind having a cage in the car (with a low bar or a detachable bar next to the front door) but I would hate to lose the ability to have people in the back.

Well I usually remove the belts when competition time is over as they just snap out of there and leave the rear strap attached. It confused people sometimes when they get back there but it is totally out of the way. I got mine from subesports.com, but it looks like they don't have anymore of the Sabelt. They are selling the same thing made by Shroth now, which is just as good. To help make it a little more comfortable to wear get the pads, they're worth the extra $20.
