hey guys Im new to the mazda world..never owned one B4..but Im having fun with my new mazdaspeed.. I've owned an acura integra and upgraded that to the max and got tired of it. no room for people to get in the back. no more 2 doors!!! anyway i went straight to brute force..2003 trans am WS6... pushed that car to 400 hp.. but no room again...so i wanted something that has potential..mazadaspeed!!! but anyway i've been reading all your post and you guys helped me out with some of the questions i needed answered..

i need help on any upgrades i can buy..i was looking at an intercooler on ebay but i would need to get all the pipin done..is that a good idea?..also ive seen may pictures of the Injen CAI on a car but i havent seen where the other end is hooked up to. i dont see it on the intake manifold..so where does it go?

Last night we had a meet and there was about 10 P5s and a couple of Mazdaspeeds(and one Miata;)). We usually meet around 7:30 or 8 on the first and third wednesday of each month at either Mountain View oR Union City Krispy Kreme. Cruise down and check it sometime! We usually plan them on the Hwy 9 Fun Run thread.

I think ION makes the best performance upgrades for a Mazdaspeed. Their website kinda sucks, but the products are top notch. If you do decide to come to one of our meets, you can check out jrodhotrod's 'speed. He's got an ION FMIC, and a couple of other really nice upgrades. (drinks)
