New Brake LIghts???

I saw what i asume was a 2004 protege (normal one) with really cool brake lights... i dont know if they r compatable with teh MSPs, but they r way chill.. anyone know about them????

ok my bad... maybe it was a late 03.. but i do know the back lights were different
