Color Match on Front Lip

Ive noticed a few times now that the front bumper lip on my 3.5 yellow msp dosnt really match up with the rest of the car. It has more of a "highlighter neon" yellow to it. Is this just because it is different material? or is this something i should consider bitching to the dealer about?

The reason it doesn't match is because all the plastic parts were painted at a different time then the car itself. Being a painter in an independent shop I can tell you that almost every car on the road has mismatched plastic parts. Its just how it is, the dealership wont bother color matching and repainting it.

different types of plastic are used also. And each of them take to the paint differently.
