Help! how to install the B&M shifter!

Hi! I got my shifter today.... and I read the maun also.... it is kind of easy... but I don't know how to take off the boot plate and the E-brake cover..... without breaking anything......... hehe I just worry about it... pls give me a good way to do it.

So thanks a lot guys... and I'm looking forward to your advise.

The cover for the e-brake just pops off. Put your finger inside the opening toward the top and pull out. It will pop right off. Then the cup holder assembly will pop out too.
