I have a P5 and i want to change the camshaft and i don't know which one is better
MSP intake and exhaust camshaft OR
Jspec intake and MSP exhaust camshaft
Which one have more power on it ????

the Mazdaspeed Protege intake and exhaust camshafts are the same as the regular Protege camshafts. You will see no gains this way.
The Mazdaspeed and JSpec camshafts provide increased lift and duration and are claimed to give gains of 10 - 12 hp.
Remember, "Mazdaspeed" was a independent tuning outfit long before they stamped the name on the MSP.

if you search i think someone that installed the jspec camshaft acctualy lost power...

just curious, how does one (without major facilities) use adjustable cam gears? is it guess and check or what?

I would think so, adjust em, put the car on a dyno, tune it again until you hit the right mix.

But how come i go to Protege5online , they just sell the intake camshaft and how come they don't sell the Jspec exhaust camshaft ??? Do any one know ???
And i want to balance the engine , so is it make more power too ?

because there isn't a jspec exhaust cam, its the same as usd or the mazdaspeed one (not msp)

as stated for most benefit with cams - get cam gears! i think i can easily prove that statement
