Here is the latest update on the Delsing Motorsport klunk fix. As I mentioned in an earlier post, I thought I would have a working prototype by the end of October. Well looks like byg the end of this week it will be on my car. Have an SCCA event on the 8th which will really allow me to put the prototype to the test. The unit is of tig welded chrome moly , looks great and is really going to work out great. The stanchion will relocate the bushing mounting point outward and will have a bolt on member which will tie back to the orig. bar bushing mount points.
The new mounts will be fabricated in such a way as to offer a fix for the Klunk utilizing the stock bar, and then will also accomidate the full race (big) three piece splined bar with alum. bolt on arms a la touring car style.
Thanks for all the encouragement, it is one thing to just make one kit, it takes a while to hone down the design for production. This is going to be a kit of highest quality which will not only cure the Klunk, but actually allow the stock bar to function to it's capacity.
You will be able to feel the difference even with the stock bar!!!!
God willing, around the first of the year, I will have a web site page dedicated to quality upgrades for the MSP which will be quite unique.

Godspeed!
Dave

okay, remember you can't take a chance for this to fail, it could spell bankruptcy...

would i want to buy something and have it NOT work as it should?

Well if you visit the site (place he works at I'm assuming) they seem to have a lot of quality products for Mercedes and BMW. So I doubt 1 prototype could put that company out of business.

You'll need testers in the cold, snowy north where the bushings fail the fastest. Let me know when you want me to test them.:)
