Man I knew our car was good at handling but I've never really tested it out before until tonight. My friend has a very long road that goes for about a 1/4 mile then it takes a very very sharp turn. So 4 people want to see what my car is like so they all get in and we go for a little run. Wasn't even too bad dragging that many people and 2 HEAVY 12" subs in the trunk. I think with just the a/c on it's worse than all that weight combined. So anyway I do the little 1/4 mile and as soon as I hit 100 I press on the breaks a little and make the turn. HOLY CRAP the car stuck to the road like a baby nursing. I must have been doing like 60 or more around that turn and no squeeling no slip at all. Makes me love this car all over again. Just thought I'd express my love for the car.

That's great to see our car(s) up in that position. I wonder what it would be like with better rubber. :D

well if you had a total of four people in the car I think it helps out a little bit than if you were by yourself. you should test it by yourself and do the same thing on the turn. i'm just saying that because i went on a mountain run with 4 ppl in the car and it stuck like a champ. i'm thinking the weight helped the balance on all 4 corners. i haven't tried the same run by myself but hopefully it performs the same.

if you can try it out and let us know that would be cool. later.

more weight in the back will make the weight distribution better

that means that heavy sub's in the trunk are now preformance items

true, maybe i should keep the 15" steelies in the back after drag racing for some more performance. =)

i find the car likes to oversteer very easily when you are by yourself.

You mean like at CLC, Bry? Yeah ,that was oversteer you had going on there. I guess your car's back end was jealous of the front end's view, so they swapped sides. :p
