Just got cut off!!!!! I need the Wings West Kit

I was just driving home and decided to get some gas. I was in the left only lane and a lady was next to me in the go strait or turn left lane. Under the bridge is three lanes, a turn left and two strait ones. I was headed into the middle lane, because I am allowed the left or middle. She was supposed to take the far outside lane. Evidently she did not. She cut into my lane not knowing I was in it and hit my right front fender and bumper. The only problem with this is she is claiming it was not her fault. She says I was going to the outside lane. Looking at where we hit on both cars I was in her blind spot and she was very visable to me. I hit her right in front of the passenger door, and she hit me on the front bumper. So I think she just did not see me.

I had to bent the fender up a little because of my ground controls. I was burning rubber!!!!!!!!!!!:( :( :( :(

Was this yesterday when you and Patrick were together? Damn, that sucks. Did the cops say it was your fault? Don't let her insurance company stick you with it.

I agree....this sounds completely like it's her fault...she just didn't see you, but that's not your problem.

I hope things work out...if the claim allows the Wings West kit rather than a stock bumper replacement then that'd end up being a pretty sweet deal actually...not that it's good to get in an accident tho.

Jesse never called me back because of what happened (which I completely understand!). If this happened to me, that would probably slip my mind. Jesse, that really sucks. What insurance do you have? If it is State Farm, they are pretty good about claim service.
