I had this car for a year and a half. I have since started to get into some debt due to college and such - I can't afford it right now. I am selling this so I can buy an MP3 (will concider trades)

Paint is scratched in a few places, and there are a couple of dents - none were my fault. The car was babied for 100,000 miles by its first owner, an elderly gentleman here in Midland. Then, he sold it to a worker of his who lived on a dirt road. This is how the paint got scratched. I bought it from them and have been restoring it ever since. I had many plans for it, but I just can't afford it. Car has probably close to 270hp, and handles like a dream. Please email me, PM me, or hit me up on AIM if you would like details.

Well, the chassis has high miles - the engine has 6k, the exhaust 10k, the clutch 7k...

Would you consider partial trades? I'm looking for a nice FD, but $14k is a bit steep for the many miles ( even counting the new parts)

What did you have in mind?

I can drop the price to $13,000 - that should allow for the cost of rebuilt turbos, but I can't go much lower than that because I have to buy this MP3 with the money from this sale.

Also,
you can tell him that all I'd need would be like $500 for a deposit and I'll hold it until spring when he can actually drive it. I want to make sure that I get everything running as best as I can before it goes to someone else - also, reduced price to $13,200 because it will probably need some new turbos sometime in the future, and that should cost anywhere from $350 + installation (if you can't do it yourself - price is for a set of used turbos from www.rx7club.com classifieds section) to $800 (for a set of rebuilt 0 miles turbos).

Again, the price has been reduced to $13,200. This car has close to 290 horsepower to the rear wheels, and is one of less than a thousand of its kind in the US. The only things on this car that are bad are the paint (a few scratches from previous owner I never had the time/money to repair) a few dents (small dents - same reason), and the turbos will most likely need to be replaced (can be done for as little as $400).
