Just curious if anyone has ever thought of droppin a bpt motor from a 323 gtx in their speed. Would it even be possible? Would our tranny line up correctly?
Any insight on this topic?

The BPT can be used in FWD (I.E. BG chassis), RWD (I.E. Miata), and AWD (I.E. the 323 that it originated from) cars. Just depends on the the transmission used.
As far as going into the Speed, sure it'll fit. Will it work? That's a different story. The mounts, wiring, computer, transmission, axles, and many other things would need to modified or changed out. The modificatations would be VERY extensive and expensive. Is it worth it? IMHO, absolutely not.
