Hey, if anyone here is experienced with new car buy backs, lemon law, and other dealer BS- can you please read this (kind of long)- www.joepmbc.com/healey.htm and tell me what I should do. I have paperwork coming from the Attorney Generals office but don't know if I should go that route or if that would only piss the dealer off and make it worse. Also, I wonder if I should threaten to put a link on my main page advertising the issue as leverage against the dealer??? I am sick of their shit- first they tell me they will buy it back and give me another car, now they are jerking my chain. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

sorry to hear about that shit. do you have any one in your area (local news, etc) that does consumer protection? in south Florida we have a news show called help me howard where this guy takes on shotty companies that screw hard working consumers like us ove. also try the Better Business Beaureau. But before pursing any offensive against them consult an attorney so you know exactly what your legal rights are and don't shoot yourself in the foot.

CALL FORD or like here we have NBC WOODTV affiliate 'target 8' consumer investigations.

I would call ford andd file a complaint about the dealer. If they sold you a damaged car without telling you first, isnt that some sort of fraud? You could also file a complaint with the BBB.

Thanks guys, I never thought to look into a news show- that'll turn some heads :).. I just called the Ford Executive offices and got in touch with someone who "seems" to be willing to help out finally. The regular "800" customer service number was worthless and even emailing customer service was a waste. This guy said he is going to contact the GM of Healey Brothers and talk to him before I meet with him (the GM) tomorrow, so we'll see what happens.
It really sucks spending $30k for a car and having BS problems like this!!

BBB about the dealer and the repair shop (Healey).
Then look into a television news report show. We have "Silverman Helps" in Toronto.
Sorry to hear it man. The no new car paperwork is definitelty suspect IMO.

These guys take you case for free and basically make thier fees from suing the dealer / manufacturer...read the settlements page, this way you get professional advice and it does not cost you a dime.

Joe, It seems sthey sold ya a wrecked car. Dealers can get away with this, if the car was wrecked by an employee. (demo car, or a rambunctous lot attendant) It will not show up in carfax, because the dealer has acess to the parts, and does not need to input the VIN to repair it (cause its an untitled car.)
I would definitly look into taking that route to get your issues settled. Good luck brother.

i've dealt with ford hq up close and person before, they are VERY helpful and get things like this wrapped up nicely, you should definetly talk to them, they will relay you to a regional consumer affairs office and most likely buy back your car from you. I'm not sure about any outside compensation, i suppose that is up for dicussion. but I hope everything gets resolved for you.

Thanks for all the advice guys.. As I mentioned in an earlier post- I finally got in touch with the Ford Executive offices and the person I spoke with their seems to be very helpful. I also have a complaint from coming from the Attorney Generals office.. I'll get these scumbags somehow :).
