Just thougth I'd post that I adjusted my fog lights up a little bit with excellent results. It's not the easiest thing I've ever done but, not overly difficult, either.
1. Remove the 3 screws with phillips heads to get access to the fogs from below. (not the allen screws), slide the plastic out of the way to gain access to the area... it does not need to be completely removed.
2. Loosen the 2 nuts with a 12mm wrench on the side of the fog light bracket.
3. Push the light all the way up to where the bumper molding stops it.
4. Tighten the bolts, replace the panel, you're done!
Loosening the 12mm bolts was really tough. Be careful.
The results:
WOW! the fog light DO something! They really fill in nicely and have a purpose now. Cool.
