oh well. i am not going to loose sleep over it.
i don't really care about baseball (HOCKEY RULES - GO PANTHERS) but i'll be rooting and watching while the fish is in the finals. i am actually curious to see if the cubs can go 100 years without winning.
btw, its not WORLD SERIES people. don't make it sound more important that it is. they are playing with another american team. there is no WORLD involved here :D

All they have to do is shut down Peire and the dude behind him...castillo...im a NL fan...my team is the giants...but i think the AL got it. and u knwo y i want them to lose too. my hats of to cubs though. i think they sure did show marlins that they can play. i mean marlins lost 2 AT HOME and were down 3-1 before they came to their senses. if it wasn't for THE FAN, cubs would have won game 6. it was an amazing turn of events yesterday in the 8th. but seeing cub fan's faces in the 8th inning, that was priceless. good job, cubs. hope marlins and cubs meet again next year. and chicogoans (sp?) please don't kill THE FAN.

Who gives a fuck if people say the fish will lose???? I remember way back in 97....yeah last time they went to the series..Indians were supposed to beat them too???? remember that shit? I do. Thing is, this team has something no other team in the league has..its called HEART!!! They never quit..funny all those Yankees play for money..pretend like they are happy but i doubt they give two shits whether or not they will win the series. Tell you what..Marlins will win this series. No doubt. Yankees have pitching...yeah so did the cubs and what happened?? THEY LOST!!! So too will the yankees. THis marlins team looks alot like the Angels of yesteryear. Yankees couldnt beat them and they wont beat the marlins.. GO MARLINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I call it like i see it. Only thing is..I hope Loria doesnt dismantle this team!! How in the hell are you going to expect to maintain a fan base when fans know the team will lose??? This team is young, very talented, and WELL MANAGED!! Mckeon is the man!! IF this team stays togeter, average attendance will go up, which will allow this team to maintain their players and sustain a good record for years to come.. I wish they still had preston wilson though...couldnt afford him though. Hopefully theyll be able to keep the players they have cause theyll want bigger bucks soon too. The fans are there...Big assed stadium to pack in 60k fans a game. Theyll come during the season too. I dunno just wishful thinking i guess...but still GOOOOO MARLINS!!!!!!

Yea i'm sure if Loria doesn't dismantle the Marlins for sure the attendance will rise. More season tickets will be sold and hopefully we can avg more like 25k per game instead of 16k i believe it was !

I was sooo pissed when Wayne did that last time, bastard. We had a GREAT team and he sold us out. Ever since then, I lost total respect for the guy. Hopefully this year wont be a repeat for the fans. They need this for redemption.

I wouldnt say Loria hurt the expos...He has totally no fan support there at all. Atleast in Miami he has 14k showing up to games. How can you get good players when you make no money. I think Loria will do well in miami. Good GM he has
