I know there are a few for the p5 or whatever, but they arent the same size as ours are they? if there are some for our cars, please show me where...

I tried looking for some myself and made a few calls as well but nothing came up. The only cross drilled or sloted rotors we can get for are cars are the big brake kits that cost well over $1000..

all brakes for the protege line are the same.

get slotted if you want more stopping power

No they are not the same. The MSPs rotors are bigger. Trust me, i got a set for sloted rotors that are for the MP3 and they were to small. The MSP rotors were bigger by about an inch

what size in mm are the msp rotors?

i dont know what size in mm, but the rotors are 11.9in front and back.

MSP:
10.8mm vented front
11mm solid rear

Other Proteges:
10.3mm front
Drums/Disc Rear

i stand corrected...i thought they were the same, sorry guys.

the P5 has 10.2inch on the front and 10.3inch on the rear

MSP's have MX-6 brakes I believe. There are brake parts out there for these cars.

I would imagine KVR has them or will be offering them.

that's good to know if that's the case....direct swap for us p5ers.... but i'm going for AP racing brakes and calipers all round....when i have the money ;)

What's a direct swap? Is there something different between P5 and MSP brakes? (one thing I've never looked into)

the rotor diameter is the only major difference. the caliper mounts might be a bit different to allow the larger rotor though.

Eric- yea, no brakes unless you go Big Brake Kit style! iON sells a nice kit that has 4-pot front calipers with dust seals etc :)
