My car still has the temp tags on it. I noticed that on the passinger seat the weaves were broken worn out in the center section. You guys know that on the 03 model the seats have a 3d effect on the fabric sorta.
Well another trip to the dealer to have that replaced.
replaced so far by warrenty, Steering wheel, shiftknob and now its gonna be the darn seat.
Oh well.

They replaced your shiftknob? For what defect? My shift knob is wearing out (after 2 years tough ) is that covered by warranty?

when i took it in for service a guy wearing a ring put a big scratch and a dent on the top where it says Sparco. Also the steering wheel leather was cut and peeling off. The service people dont care about other peoples car.

Work done under warranty so far on my 03 MSP
Windshield due to stress crack. (car was 10 days old)
Door panels due to crease in material (probably from the custom speakers being installed at autoport)
All spring clamps in the engine(coolant was weeping around the clamp onto the turbo and I told the dealership I wanted all clamps replaced with the screw on type)
Rear sway bar bushings (you know why ;) )
ECU flash (again, you know why)
Alignment (car pulled to the left)
I still have an elusive dash rattle that they havent been able to pin down yet.
I think thats it. :)

Sweet smell of antifreeze
Clunk
Rear defrost noise in radio
One of the t's looks like it's cracked near intake

Next time just tell your gf to jump in the backseat, all the motion in the passenger seat is to much stress for the fabric to handle. plus it is reall tight in the front.

There is one alignment allowed under warranty, just make sure they do a 4 wheel alignment. It's still not perfect but it's hardly noticable now.

hmmm i think it was caused by too much humping in that seat... thats what it sounds like. i had a similar problem a couple of months ago...
