I LOVE THE LSD, it is awesome. (1st one i ever had)
The clunck is from the sway bar in the back i believe, nothing bad just annoying sometime.
don't know about the 1st and 2nd gear thing i dont have that problem.
the windshield, ummmm.... I would assume that he was going to fast the wind pressure cracked it!!! lol.........

if you look in the mp3 forum, there is a sticky i believe about the clunk. it is the rear sway bar
the windshield has cracked on many people's, they just come outside one day and it is cracked. it has something to do with chassis rigidity, but i doubt anyone has looked into it much. it gets replaced under warranty if it happens, so its not a big deal.
the limited slip is nice, a good thing to have. mazda trannies in general aren't the best, which is why people complain about the 1-2 shift. it just isnt smooth, but its not terrible.

i'm assuming its hydrolic, i believe cable trannies are a thing of the past... don't quote me on that though.
the sway bar problem just makes a "clunk" noise over speed bumps etc sometimes. for the past 2 yrs, mazda has been saying a fix is coming, but nothing has yet to work. i wouldn't mind a lil clunk personally, but maybe i'm crazy.

do u know if you can get one with a moon roof or at lease can you add one later. how are the brakes on the msp.
i was wondering if changing the exhuast and the intake would help alot

moon roof can be added later, it isn't an option though. the brakes are ok, nothing special but not bad. exhaust will help more than intake.
i assume the clutch is hydraulic, but im too lazy to go check :)

Yes, it's hydraulic.
BTW, if you post "what problems have you had with this car," you'll probably hear everybody's horror stories. You'll never hear the good stuff ;)
