both good.

i chose eibach b/c the rear is lowered only 1.2", while the h&r lowers about 1.3". may not be a huge difference though. for example: our http://www.toprotege.com club we have members with springs: h&r and eibach.

the people with h&r have a lower rear end than the people with eibachs. again, the difference is minimal, but you can still see it.

personally, i don't like the wheel hiding in the fender wall, so that's why i didn't choose the h&r's....
the eibachs are perfect.

Eibach Pro kit... I used to have it on my old 99 Protege ES and was very pleased with the ride height and the performance of them.
