Tinting

As I read more and more posts I see that many members have their windows tinted. I never done this to a car but it looks pretty nice (especially on the black 03's).

But how much does it actually take to tint the car? I just really want to know how much it costs you guys to get it done. And what percentages you did.

i did 20% all around (cept front) cost me about 180$us

I tinted mine for $200 even (with lifetime warranty)...

35% all the way around

i did mine 28% on the front 2 and 18% the rest of the way around with 50% on the windsheild and 5% strip at top for 200 even

20% all the way around except front for $115.

35% all around looks great and you can still see through it at night.
I recommend metallic or hybrid films. I've had them on cars for 10+ years without fading or bubbles.
And yes...I'll post pics one of these days...work keeps intruding on enjoying my new car!
