Does anyone know where I can get a good shift knob for a 2003 Protege LX Automatic with O/D? I don't want to spend a lot of money (no more than $125) but I do want something good ... Please advise

The only one I know of for AT cars with O/D is like $100+ & looks like a spare part from one of the Terminator movies.

i saw a nice shift knob at jcwhitney.com for automatics with o/d. it's about $80 and it's aluminum with carbon fiber trim.

can't you just permanently enable O/D or wire up a button, say into the console trim, then use whatever auto knob you wanted to?

Hey, yea I was thinking an auto shifter would be pretty cool too... Just a little worried about the O/D issue... For me the button needs to be on the shifter... The razo one looks sweet... But I wouldn't know how to go about the installation... Plus I want to buy one that's already here in Calgary... I dunno about ordering from i.net companies unless they're well known... lemme know how things go for you.
www.optauto.com u can find razo for like $50 or cheaper. good luck! - chris
