changeing oil when new,how many miles?

My Mp5 has 1050 miles on it, should I dump the oil. The dealer told me to run it to the normal oil change 3,000.

You will hear from now, to 1,000 miles to 3,000.

I did mine at 3,000. Depending on how you drive, I don't see the diference.

with todays machining tolerances, there is no need to change your oil until it starts to lose viscosity, so I would wait until 3000
