I'm looking to get a lip for the front of my MP5.

I like what KYMP5 has done to the front of his (as he shows in this thread (http://www.protege5.com/vbb230/showthread.php?threadid=32697) )

Either way I'm also looking for any other lips that are available and will look good on a SILVER (from the subject ;) ) MP5?

And before I forget since I'm new to doing anything to my MP5 I have no idea where to get this stuff so a few links would be appreciated too.

dg motorsports has a nice carbon fiber lip if thats what you like.

my bad, i just looked at kymp5s and i think its the one im talking about. i think its around 400.00(upbum) exspensive

The lip is a fiberglass version of DG-motorsports lip... their web site is http://www.dgmotorsports.com

AutoExe, the japanese aftermarket maker also have the same lip in urthene (and I think the lip is originally from them), but I'm not sure where you can get one, you can do a search on the forum

www.takakaira.co.jp is where i got my grill. I think they also have the lip.

I got a replica autoexe lip from James(Eclipse_21). Don't have a pic of my car yet but here his car. His friend SkyLab3 is setting up a groupbuy for the replica grill at a cheap price and he'll probably give you a good price on the lip. You should email him at Son@skylab3.com

sweet thanks guys for the links those are just what i needed. IT was the exact lip i was looking for.

mopiko - where did you get the fiberglass version from cuz i don't see it on their website?

you're right they don't have it anymore...

but check out the For Sale/Group Buy section, there's a guy selling his fiberglass DG lip that I have unpainted, go check it out, you might like it.

And like I said you can also check out the urthene lip by AutoExe, that's quality stuff too from a lot of member who owns it says.
