People With White P5's

Have any of you noticed (again those with white p5's) that the little piece of molding on the door, piece that is right in the middle starts to change color. My wife has the P5 and I noticed it today as I was washing the car for her. It's as if there was tape on it for a long time when it was in the sun. Then when they delivered the car they took they tape off and the color under neath was bright white but the part not covered was darker.

ya they did that on my car too, just take off the molding the car looks so much better without it...

When you say they did that too, is it because of the tape that the cars have on them when delivered???

no, i worked a dealership as a porter and was the person who took the tape off after delivery and never saw the tape do that, it could be because the molding is plastic and the color cant match exactly and u just notice the little things like me. but the color on mine faded and just became a almost different color, so i tore that Damn things off!!!

I have a white P5. My molding color was off too and I had the dealer replace it. It was free under my warrantee. Make them pay for it.
