My buddy got his steering wheel replaced under warranty because of premature wear.

i got my peeling shift knob, and my floor mat (the heal part was coming out) replaced under warranty

i got a new shift knob, the refused new mats for me.. I didnt expect them, but i tried :D

My dealership gave me new mats because the emblem came off the mat, however my seat ripped on that silver material after like 15000 miles. I fought and fought for a new seat but they got some guy to fix after about 6 months of fighting. it looks great now.

i just wne to the dealership and told them the leather on the shift knob was coming off, and the heel spot on the floor mat is coming off. The service manager went, looked at my car and said "yup, we will let know you when the parts come in" and everthing was down under warranty.

I took mine in and just showed them the shift knob. They just had the "oh, ok, no problem attitude"

mazda replaced my shift knob about 6 months ago ... it was peeling but the reason fro replacement was that the treads strippied right out when i shifted from 3rd -4th
