I was comming home from church today and I saw a blue MP3 with some gfx on the side, at the Buffalo Rock company, belong to anyone here?

This car belongs to a Hispanic gentleman working at the Mexican Rest. where the waffle house used to be on Oxmoore next to the interstate.

I've seen that MP3 with those same graphics driving around my town all the time. It's near St. Louis.
