seat belt retention fix please help

When i attempted to install my springs i took the rear seat belts off and laid them on the floor...well now they won't go back up and i know someone here can tell me how to fix this problem..thanks for your help ahead of time.

do you see the "brass bar" that is on the roll of seat belt?

lift this up with a flathead screwdriver and out the belt will come.

hi perf omg my rear seat belts have been on the floor for 3 months cuz i thought i broke them( Took them off while trying to installing springs) And lo and behold i ask the question and you answer it... i can't thank you enough that was one of those little things about my car that pissed me off you are a GOD perfworks(bang)
