It happened AGAIN!!

OK, after all the BS in the last thread, I got ANOTHER compaint through PayPal- this time for an order that one item was shipped, another is going out Tomorrow and the third on Monday at the latest. No contact, no nothing first.. That's it. When I get home, I am going to pull the MSP line off my site and if you people need anything, contact me for "special order" details. I am not going to lose money (I have no tracking # so I will not be able to prove I shipped the item(s) and paypal will refund the $$ to him regardless :( ) and I am not going to jeopardize my business with PayPal. Sorry guys, but I made several posts explaining the situation.

Sorry man. Understand your situation with the delays and such, and even more so with the mentaility of those complaining. Sure they do the "just click" routine. However why not click the email button and send you one, or check your site, or even this forum since this is where most the MSP market comes from. But instead they choose to click the route that will include a third party between you and them. Some people just rather not deal directly, and let someone else handle their needs. Sad really.

Hopefully you do better with your other clients, and eventually return in the future.

Of which any chance on making P5 parts :D

I used to be in the same Business as you with a Certain performance part shop that will remain nameless(Deals with DSMs only) As I am a former DSM owner. We never had this much a problem with our Customers, even when we had a 6 Month backorder on Turbos........

A Shame One Single Group of People can ruin it for the whole bunch. Those of you who have filed complaints against Joe without Emailing should be Banned from this Forum but since no one who did hit the Pay Pal Complaint button has the balls to say they did, I hope Bad Karma will find you.

It is not all of you, don't take it that way. However, my ONLY problems/complaints come from teh MSP camp unfortunately. It is a shame- the cars have so much potential and a few guys are ruining it for everyone. That is why I will still have the items available on a special order basis. Those who need it can contact me. Thanks.
