6-speed Transmission

Anyone know if any certain 6-Speed Tranny (ex, Spec-V..S2000..SVT) would fit in a SPEED?? I really dont know much about transmission at all so please feel free to post.(mspblack)

It is possible to swap out the various pinions and gears for different ratios, if that's what you're going for. Personally, I would love a 6 speed in my Pro5 - I think that 3700 RPM @ 80 MPH isn't too entertaining after a minute or so, but oh well...

Oh yeah, I wouldn't want a Spec-V/Tiburon 6-speed (same trans BTW....Nissan is selling them to Hyundai in the Tib..). It has more crunch than a box of corn flakes....I'd rather try to mate up a Ford Getrag or Honduh tranny....smooooooooth....

Probably not what you want to hear, but try looking at Quaife. They make sick trannies, but they cost $15,000 or so. Still, six speed dawg sequential is the way to go:D
