If I buy my car (MSP) in a different city and bring it back home and I have some kind of issues with my car thats covered under warranty will the local dealer take care of the issues or not.
(local dealer is a MazdaSpeed dealer)

Yes they will. Any Mazda dealership no matter where you're at in the US will be able to help you.
